In accordance with State Rule R 277-437-3; The school status above, regarding open enrollment for the 2010-11 school year, is declared by the Iron County School Board. OPEN ENROLLMENT
Schools are declared as open when they have a projected enrollment of less
than 90% of the school's capacity. Students attending outside their regular
attendance area will be required to meet guidelines of district policy JECF.
Transportation shall be provided by the parents/guardians.
